Welcome to The Farms Golf Club in San Diego

Our members include PGA professionals, aspiring professionals, collegiate athletes, and even low index golfers. Some of our most notable members include PGA/LPGA major championship winners Annika Sorenstam, Phil Mickelson, Liselotte Neumann, and of course, Tom Lehman.

The Farms, originally designed by Pete, Perry, and Alice Dye with the help of renowned golf icon Tommy Jacobs, was extensively remodeled in 2000 with the assistance of famous golf course architect John Fought and PGA tour professional Tom Lehman. Working together, they modified the club in order to improve playability and maintainability and to enhance every member’s overall golfing experience.

The changes include recontoured and newly reconstructed bent grass putting greens, new teeing areas, a state-of-the-art irrigation system, and a wonderful practice facility. Amidst the hills and hollows, you will also find a number of new water features and beautiful landscaping that all add to the golf course’s elegance and peaceful appeal.

Whether you are a professional or still on the road to becoming one, you will find The Farms to be a club that you will be proud to belong to. As a member-owned "exclusively golf" club, we boast about 27,000 annual rounds. Our course is in excellent condition and manned by a respectful and dedicated staff.

Dining at The Farms Clubhouse

With the mission to provide our members with a complete and extraordinary experience, we are also offering dining options at our clubhouse that complements the beauty of the golf course. While you enjoy the scenery you can sample the cuisine of our executive chef of 20 years, Diane Allen-Baines. The clubhouse, designed by famed architect Robert Altervers, was carefully planned and is fitted out with elegant furnishings.

We offer breakfast and lunch from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year, and we also host a number of holiday and themed parties and events. Additionally, you can also spend Friday evenings with us every summer as we serve casual dinners from June to August.
